I am currently on the 849 NU scheme.Had it since one month.For the first one month I had it connected via USB port as I needed my Pacenet LAN for sometime on my Ethernet card.Back then I was having a very peculiar problem wherein when I used to start my router(502T) it used to come up with all the lights but when trying to connect to the internet after that it would not display any webpages in any of the browsers that I had.I had to keep refreshing each page until oblivion came & I could finally get connected.I formatted XP yesterday & reloaded it.Switched my connection from USB to LAN finally & all seemed fine yesterday in terms of connecting & I didn't face the above mentioned issue.Today morning I was just trying a port forwarding guide put forth by someone over Orkut just to check if it would improve my Torrent download speed(which sucked heavy balls :madness
& after restarting my router it seems like that problem has reoccurred.Though it doesn't take that long to connect as before but after few refreshes it goes back to normal.My question is that is this process normal? I mean we must connect straight away right? Any ideas?
