Sudden ping spike and packet loss since 3 weeks

Hi, this issue has been creating a lot of issue for my internet experience. I usually game a bit and all of a sudden the ping will rise and packet loss happen for like 5 seconds and return to normal. I have done all the things i can from my end including changing routers , pc, lan cable, wifi but nothing seems to work. LCO verified that no signal issue or equipment issue on their side and i have a Rx power of -20.5 db.The issue comes randomly. I mainly play cs2(chennai server) and apex legends(singapore).
