sudden problem with mtnl broadband

hi guys!! i am using triband in mumbai.since the last 4 days,i am unable to acess the net in the morn and afternoons.i can access only one site ie google.later In the night,everything becomes normal.IS ANYONE FACING THIS PROBLEM.I AM FROM WADALA EXCHANGE IN MUMBAI. PLS REPLY... ITS URGENT......

have u tried the same connection on other computer...please do so...there must be a something wrong with your computer...maybe its infected with a virus or a trojan

Downstream SNR margin is bad.. get ur line parameters checked from the lineman or lodge a complaint with ur exchange!

I have faced the same prob for approx 2 - 3 weeks - it got worse day by day. Finally, on Jun 1 - 2 it died completely. Now, almost unuseable during the day. Barely useable after say 5.30pm. Have made a complaint, lets see.

From Sion exchange ( 2407 ).

MTNL guy on the phone says "Prabhadevi mein kaam chaaloo hai, dekthe hai".

shenoymax:-as u said tht my snr margin is bad!! yes thts true,but line atten is excellent.how to i explain this to those exchang guys!!! they wont understand what is SNR margin!!!! pls reply!!!!and also right now i am getting speed up to 1.72 mbps on speednet!!!!! so wht may be the problem!!!!pls tell me wht to tell my exchange guys!!!
