sudden problem with mtnl broadband

not even 2 to 3 km, may be lesser than that

You shouldn't be facing any problem if less than 2-3 km. Visit the exchange and solve your problems.

thnks krish88!!!!one more thing!!!right now i have connected my other adsl router ie D-Link 502 t!!! and i am getting the follo statsModem Status Connection Status Connected Us Rate (Kbps) 260 Ds Rate (Kbps) 2045 US Margin 12 DS Margin 31 Trained Modulation ADSL_2plus LOS Errors 0 DS Line Attenuation 19 US Line Attenuation 10 Peak Cell Rate 613 cells per sec CRC Rx Fast 0 CRC Tx Fast 0 CRC Rx Interleaved 0 CRC Tx Interleaved 0 Path Mode Fast Path the stats posted before in this thread is of the modem provided by mtnl....r the above stats good!!!!

how to i explain this to those exchang guys!!! they wont understand what is SNR margin!!!! pls reply!!!!
and also right now i am getting speed up to 1.72 mbps on speednet!!!!! so wht may be the problem!!!!

pls tell me wht to tell my exchange guys!!!

go and speak to DE @ ur exchange.. should be ok..
at least at chembur exchange the DE was kind enough to discuss the matter

@gauravmhatre It's possible that there is a lot of fluctuations & at different time you will get different reading irrespective of modem.

Hi guys, Last 4-5 day im getting same prob while accessing sites...sites are opening but after refresh of webpage 3-4times. Yahoo mail site is opening but after login it gets disconnected...after refresh of 2-3 it got login. I had try with IE7, Mozilla Fire fox, google chrome, opera web browser but same results got. Also MTNL account check site is not working.
