Tata Sky DTH: Poor customer care service

I think GOOD or BAD service all comes to the individual mind set...The one which is good for one might not be good for other.Say for example, Tata Sky says, relocation/Engineer visit Charges are just 350... we have come down on prices..(they are really proud about this, when i spoke to the CC executive, she was very happy to tell this)But for other it still looks, why should i pay 350/- just for an eng visit to check my dish alignments????

Proud about? Service visits earlier cost 300, now it is 350. That cannot be termed as 'come down'
 
one day vikram is gone to be throwed out by Ratan TATA for these kind of childish management:wall:

Had it been one or two people, it could have been termed as generalizing. Every other day there is someone coming on board stating his issues with Tata Sky. Numbers cannot be ignored.

My friend Ajab, don't trust "numbers" on this forum. You don't know what goes on in here :o

Every other day, there may be some "ONE" coming and making complaints. Its happened before.
 
I know you really like Dish Tv , so don't even get me started about how the "customer services" of Dish Tv and Big TV are. EVERY DTH has its share of complaints. Check out the Dish TV complaints and Big tv complaints, in their respective sections.

You are a TS fan and he is Dishtv fan.I think you both sell and earn good money so happy with it.whereas we spend money for ugly services and have right to protest if we have any problems.If you gonna be happy then wag your tounge somewhere else.Truth cannot be hidden by few idumbs supporting it. :irock:

so true. I called the customer care the other day, and that lady was like.. "change remote battary saar, it will work ok" and hangs up.I called them to know about the annoying non-responsiveness of the channels, and she asks me to change the remote battery? what a knob.all i could do then was :wall:
