Tata Sky DTH: Suggestions and complaints here

i remember a time when i paid 500 bucks to vodafone using online banking. vodafone never received the money, it never came back to my icici bank account.i tried 2-3 times .. visited vodafone customer center in gurgaon. no use.

With TS you need not worry yar the money will be credited to your account automatically with a maximum of 5 working days.....Still not credited you could call the CC people for assistance they will surely help it......Between now i have also lost money not only with TS but with IRCTC (Railways online ticket booking) where in time money got debited from my credit card while i was booking train ticket........the problem here was when i press the confirm button it states page cannot be displayed for each time i lost Rs. 5000........i believe during that time i lost around 20000 rupees but the good thing is that the money was returned back to my CC in 4 business days..........:dance:

I don't like the background music that promote Active MALL all the time. Tata Sky should give some option to disable or change the background music.

hmm.. Many people dont like Tata Sky itself.. then how about the BGM in Active services.

Active Matrimonial and Active Mall??You call them customer friendly services? All tata is doing is gaining money in the name of publicity.. I hardly press the active button on my remote, Tata could well remove all their services and add more channels..Of course i say add more channels, they only come with a price hike!

Dear Kunal, this is what you think. There are many people who do use actve services "actively" (pun intended). Won't comment about Actve Mall but I do know that kiddie services like Wizkids etc... are quiet popular.Infact, all DTH providers have stared to offer these so it is wrong to single out Tata Sky.

One thing for sure none of the DTH providers are forcing to buy these products........if we are not interested leave it......I dont think those people who are making these decision are crap people over there.......if they are not able to generate revenues from the actve or show case service they would have surely shut down these kind of services.......

Yes, it is a business and not a charity and they HAVE to make money.
