Tata Sky - Isko 'bhaga' daala to life jhingalaala

After 3 weeks i face cable wala's power cut, so i just switched on mobile stopwatch and guess what :40 (40 seconds) of power cut only. And ya I also belong to those group which widely term active services as 'crap'.

I have never used or seen active services from any DTH but based on what others have been saying, i dont need it or its of no use to me. Except seeing any sport from different angles (which i suppose is no more available in any DTH), i dont see any exciting feature.

Yes....Active services are no more required.. and the Active Darshan and Active doordharshan are crap.. watching in a tiny window is irritating.

Even if active services are useful.... lets assume for a second ... still we need to pay hell more for many of them ... either go for more costlier packages or pay for active whatever pack ... in the world of DTH ... where to see all required / necessary channels, total amount goes double or more than double of local cable, who the hell has more money to pay just to activate active services or opt for costly packages to see them??

One point i forgot!

When u have cable, u get to see latest movies or interesting movies which are quiet recent (i m not much fan of latest movies but for ppl in general most of them like them). you have atleast 2 or 3 local channels dedicated to them. But in DTH, who the hell would order movies from showcase?? costing too much expensive.

i do had an idea of posting such a comment as local cable channels show all new films:thumb:but in case of TS SHOWCASE we have to order and for south cust dont have words to speak as they would telecast CRAP FILMS from telugu, kannada &marathi but even for namesake they havent telecasted an tamil movie in their platform really a shit:@

I disagree. You spend Rs 100 per person on going to a theatre plus all other expenses. In showcase, you can order a movie and watch it with your family thereby saving a lot of money. As far as movies on cable is concerned, I doubt if they are original prints and if they are showing pirated copies , then that is illegal. I will not support anything which is not legal and breaks the law.

But in theatre, you can watch the movie on the big screen..
yep ur correct as in theatre's u can watch the film in BIG SCREEN and DIGITAL SURROUND SOUND :dance:and the pleasure of viewing a movie cannot be experienced on SHOWCASE :cry:even if u view it through a HOME THEATRE if someone object this then he must be a DIE-HARD FAN of TS:cool2:
