Frankly I really don't find this as acceptable after all the hype TS made about DTH its a real KLD, my friends who have cable tv laugh at us DTH walas during the monsoon. And now this 
Plus we are paying a fancy price for this crap.

In fact this thread is very very mild. In many other threads are more intemperate & the ignorance, arrogance & background is clearly on display.

well i have read all the posts and then only i am replying.
PLZ don't make out an issue of nothing. Even if the delay was 1 min(on the extreme side) does that really matter.
When we watch TV, i think we watch it in our rooms. And our eyes are fixed to one(our own) TV and not our neighbors. So i delay will 'not affect u'.
In case of World cup, all i can say is u cant ditch or complain for this one time event can u. And if it is 5-10 sec lag, it should not bother.
There is no technological problem here. May be just Tata Sky has synchronized its channels a little latter than the others.
And lastly u can't complain about fireworks....:rofl:
Don't mind but i will be shocked to see a person migrating from DTH to cable for just a feed delay.

Buddy if HAVE you read all the posts then you have NOT UNDERSTOOD them and if you think that 1 minute lag is acceptable then god help all customers. I hope they don’t have such a LOW expectation. In one post it’s like watching a suspense movie after someone has told you the ending.:wall: I suppose that’s acceptable to you but not to me. In another post I have mentioned that TS has a lot of sneaky non transparent policies, but you have not understood about that either. I remember the adage about ‘the electorate deserve its leaders’.

1. Do u watch two tv's, one on cable and other on DTH in the same room?:redface:
2. Do u have two TV's, one with DTH and other on cable in different rooms with both watching essentially the same channel?
3. Do u always have a ear on neighbors TV and moreover does he watches the same channel as u do?:tongue:
If both the answers are yes,:hysterical: then u are at grave problem otherwise a normal person should not have any problem with his neighbors feed getting broadcasted 1 min latter or before yours.
just think abt it with a cool working head, u will get remedies to ur non-existent problem.
