Tutorial: Tata SKY with DVB Card on PC

I have TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix/Smartmouse Card Reader(TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix/Smartmouse Card Reader) but I don't know how to make it work. There are switches for voltage phoenix/smartmouse mode and frequency. I don't know what combination to use for Tata Sky Card. Can u describe in details how you made your card reader work with tata sky card?
