I'm really bad at this, so, could anyone describe what 450gm of cashew nuts mean number wise?

google tells me that one cashew nut should weigh less than 1.5 grams. i am not so sure.

What is the weight of a cashew nut

so i believe we are looking at around 300 nuts in 450 grams? maybe more.
