MTNL Mumbai Very high ping while gaming

Hello i have a plan of 8MBPS so when i do a pingtest it always gives me below 200ping when it connects to singapore server.But when i start online gaming eg on csgo etc the pings goes around 1000ms same happens while i game online from my ps4 and same does from my other laptops.Anyone have a clue how can i fix it?I already called the customer service the internet department themself dont know what is Ping.

having the same issue on my ps4, rocket league used to show 165-200 ping but since last week it's been 300-400.
