Very high ping since last 4 days....

I live in Sanpada , Navi Mumbai and I am using D Vois SSV's internet since last 2 months.Usually I used to get ping of 130-150 ms to europe but since last 4 days my ping has gone upto 250-300 ms.Needless to say this has made my life as a gamer a hell I cannot play my games anymore since lag is unbearable and its a guaranteed lose-lose situation for me.Ping to south east asia is 250-300 ms.My internet has also been slower overall ... although download speed is normal .. my guess is because of high pings to everywhere.I have sent an email about this to SSV but no reply from their side yet.So ... is anyone experiencing same kind of issues? Is there anything going on that I might not know? Please help ^^ Thanks in advance.

Same here in Seawoods. Last few days have been bad for latency.Even speeds are dropped to half of what they have promised. If we complain, some technician comes , checks the connectivity and goes away:snooze:. No care about the quality. Latency has straightaway gone from 5ms to 150ms and I think this is definitely some ISP problem.

on feb 2016 i registered a complaint to ssv, next day a guy visited but during that time everything was back to normal.......i was getting 20ms again but this was not for long as from next day on, pings were back to 100ms to 150ms, its been 3 month we are having this problem and looks like its is not going anywhere.

From Yesterday its been hell for gamers like me........ the ping were above 200ms. technician says its server problem and it doesn't look like things are going back to normal very soon....... Finally i am looking for a good isp in Navi Mumbai, Panvel any suggestions.
