The Airtel --> Cloudflare issue exists everywhere, they route to FRA/LHR for websites on free plan.

this is the speedtest result, it doesnt cross 200 during day time, after 1 am, it goes fine to 360mbps.
For some weird reason, fast.com shows full 350-360mbps, testmy.net also shows 300Mbps.

can you please do a test on testmy.net ? make sure you are connected using ethernet cable.

oh, on my static ip connection upload hits 900, but download is 200 again lol. Using warp brings speed to 600ish but with additional ping addition.

that's just due to the limitations of GPON, you can't do anything about it. Rx traffic is generally high and congested.
XGS-PON is the solution, but I don't see them transitioning anytime soon
