ping seems fine for bhopal users, I guess its OLT fault of some specific area.

You tested using the gateways on AS9498 using looking glass, the route can be different from the AS24560 gateway. I don't think this is related to the OLT

I remember having a lot of packet loss and ping spikes on excitel, after I called LCO and he restarted the OLT, within 15 minutes issue was solved, this way it looks like OLT clogging issue. Also I think the gateway is for broadband only as I can match my gateway with LKO2 Gateway, ip is same.

Oh okay. It might be OLT related then. It's difficult to tell. Only airtel can help here

Airtel has a gateway here (Nagpur). It's listed on the looking glass too (NGP) But all airtel connections are on AIRBRAS-PUN3 for some reason.

Airtel has changed. It is full of routing issues for me atleast. Speed doesnt cross 200Mbps on 300Mbps plan.

Oh, nagpur gateway might be for cellular only.

For me it's still very reliable.
Edit: Yea that might be the case, Why don't they have a gateway here though
