I m talking about you bro & about zapperDid you upgrade zapper?I already contact about upgrade sd box to cc & they told me 90 cm dish will not provide. I know its available for sd only but you had zapper & its not available. Did you upgrade zapper?

2. The comments of Shri Karthik have been received vide his email dated 23.09.2011 (copy enclosed).
3. It appears that the complainant is not satisfied with your reply. The complainant has mentioned that the picture quality has deteriorated after he replaced his TV set with 32” LED TV. He was compelled to pay Rs 2700/- for upgrading the SD Set top box to HD Set top box to improve the picture quality.

4. Please provide your comments on the change in the perceptible picture quality of the service if the SD signal is viewed on 32” LED TV instead of 21” CRT TV set. As a service provider it is expected that the consumer should be educated & provided with proper advice in such matters so that the consumer can take right decisions and not unnecessarily felt cheated.

for HD Box (Zapper) only small dish is provided, 90cm Dish with print of HD is provided only with HD DVR... i and some of the customer got it as a special case, you send them a mail if i get 90cm dish only i will upgrade to HD else NO... automatically they will do it, make sure if they install 90cm dish they have fix dual LNB else your quality will come down i faced this problem later they replaced with DUAL LNB for me...
