no point i spoke to thier nodal officer in bangalore they are also of no help.I told them videoon had also launched HD set top boxes and they said they are not aware ,they say only dvr is available, i needed thier HD box with platinum HD box idf anybody can help pls email [email protected]
 
Excuse me, for ur info, even i had Rs. 328 in my old account.....

they created a new account & transferred my balance to that account.

It may be company's policy to treat an upgrade as a new connection - v cant crib on that, until no penny is going out of our pockets.

U have to be patient. Call up the CC from ur RTN, and cancel/transfer ur balance in old account, into new account - not a single paisa is lost in the process.
 
no point i did call up cc and they said have to cancel my connection and i would lose the balance, if they do not want customers its their loss not mine,as it is i am fed up getting different answers from cc and not knowing whom to believe ie why i am thinking of going back to Hathway cable who is showing 280 channels in bangalore including Love cbs,turbo, NGCwild , i had taken videocon primarily because of NGC music and that channel is also not getting proper reception, pixellation etc, any way thanks for your help ,Goodbye videocon Neelesh Bharath
 
what kind ofhelp can u offer, i am ready to pay for the HD box if they transfer my balance in my old account, if you can arrange that let me know,thats all i can say on the topic, since i am following up with the cc, nodal officer since they launched the HD dvr box, last ten days i have been calling up cc in this regards, tell me what else can i do .it feels frustrated,here i am a customer requesting a HD dvr box and the co says no ? Just great , looks like d2h hads been customers they do not require any more
 
well. everyone company seems to have some people who can do the needful. it is just hard to locate them.
 
well spoke to customer care again now they said they cannot transfer the amount ,?

I suppose admin has forwarded your issue to the person he is talking about. I'm sure you will get a positive response, you just need to give it a little time. Hope you know that we have a referral system here for Videocon D2H because of which we get priority to any issues.
