I contacted them back in June or July with regards to obtaining services - they are/were located in Mahim (near-ish to Mahim station), just a couple of KM's from where I used to live at Matunga W. No-one ever bothered to pay me a visit or return my phone calls at the time. Oh well.

The fact that they are connected to "Internet2" seemed relatively interesting, but I'm happy with my current arrangement now.

we get bandwidth width from excel Media Pvt ltd in Hyderabad for Rs1400/- for 40 mb and they give 5 public ips

This sounds like a basic/entry-level consumer or SME plan, I doubt that they would be allowed to resell it unless we're talking about Rs1,400 per megabit per month, perhaps? Because that would be plausible.

On the other hand, Rs1,400 for 40 megabits (leased/business line with SLA etc), isn't. If it were, I'd move to Hyderabad to get that myself!
