Weird Issue - With Syrotech Fibre Router (xpon Ont)

When I connect Patch cord with my Syrotech router my internet works fine but the whole building's network goes down.

With ONU everything is fine.

LCO is not able to identify the issue. Does any expert here knows what could be the possible reason?

Not any kind of expert here. ISP? Patch cord type? Rx and Tx power?

@sloj isp is Onebroaband... Patch cord type is sc. Don't know about Rx and TX power

So, blue? Power values might give an idea. Check that on the ONT.

@sloj it's yellow color G652D sm sx 3 omm 202111 0957 3m.... this is what is written on cable...... Router power rating is 12V 1500mA

No, the connector where the yellow cord terminates, blue or green? And I meant optical power, Tx and Rx values.

@sloj its blue color.... 269 is written on one side and SC-P is written on other side...

Okay, it's a UPC connector, it should normally match the colour of the connector on the ONT. Now next find out the optical values from the ONT user interface.

@sloj colour of ont connecter is same... Not able to find optical values.. Will let you know once I figure out how to find it!
