Weird problem on BSNL Fiber

Initial info :
DNS - NextDNS
Ip series - 117.xxx.xx.xxx (Bangalore server)

This morning , when I fired up laptop for a Google Meeting , google(whole of google) seems to be down whereas 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 is reachable
The weird thing is ping to websites like google.com is not reachable whereas DNS is pingable


I thought there might be some problem with the NextDNS server and changed it default BSNL`s DNS (National Internet Backbone)
Popular websites started loading
Amazon(AWS)
Google
Facebook servers
and some popular hosts
I am not able to connect a VPN and whole of the internet still

I just want to know whether the fault is at my side or BSNL`s side

Well I am back now . idk how ...maybe problem on BSNL side

Bsnl always surprises us... If everything seems fine like signal and Rx and pon light and all..
The go to method is to restart the router.. Mostly you will get a different ip and it might be fine. This has worked at times not every single time.. When the network is really down due to some other issues
