Its not my mother tongue, neither something I learnt at school/college, so I expect someone to give a better & more accurate translation, but here goes if no one else responds
Each line will give try to give literal and actual in alternate. Bold will be the "translation"
1st line(kamal):
Literal: Bangles sound "kala kala" poetry recites; "kulu kulu" breezy/windy air blows
Translation: Bangles' jingling sound is like reciting a poetry (You can hear the bangles while she withdraws her hand & runs, "kala kala" is representing the jingling sound, in hindi we could say the equivalent would be khun-khun for bangles similar to "jhun mun" used for payals in payalein jhun mun in viraasat); The wind causes a chilly air to blow ("kulu kulu" represents chillness)
2nd line(amala): (Bound to have 1-2 mistakes)
Literal: Sometimes "silu silu" "pada pada" suffers/struggles , everywhere body tickles
Translation(Guessing)... sometimes ("silu silu", again a sound, not sure for what), "pada pada" suffers/struggles , everywhere body tickles
("pada pada" is kind of like "dhak dhak", suffers/struggles in same context as tadap in "tadap tadap ke is dil se aah nikalti rahi" or "tere liye tadpe")
3rd line(kamal):
Literal: small girl, not a girl , is colourful and/or flowery garden
Translation: (I guess its straightforward, so having the literal itself is bold)
4th line(amala): Again, mistakes likely
Literal: shall i spill on top that love procession/gathering
Translation: So shall I spill that love gathering on top (of you)
For some words I had no clue what they meant & even
google was of no help.. hence doubtful/not known gaps in between
