I recently started playing valorant and CS2 in my spare time, mostly during the night. Getting a ping of 4-5ms on Valo mumbai servers and 6ms on CS2 mumbai server. If someone is looking for a ISP that provides stable ping for gaming, they can go for Tata Play. Performance should be similar on other games as well. Didn't notice any packet drops or jitter, no random ping spikes.

I have been facing a lot of outages recently(8+ hours sometimes). Happens mostly during the night. Although they send maintenance messages in advance, it becomes a little difficult to live without internet for 8-10 hours. This has started happening a lot in the recent days, maybe due to heavy rainfall? Ideally fiber should remain unaffected due to harsh weather conditions but that is not the case here.

@87056 Issue lies in Fiber Termination Box/FAT. Happened with me as well, when I was on JioFiber. You should check your PON Power everyday, if TPF Modem allows that to be checked. Under -24dBm and you have a problem with random sudden disconnection, and coming back up.
As for heavy rain, yes, for some weird reason, some FAT boxes behave weirdly when rainfall happens. It just either have a PON power loss or have hiccups in PON power. Ground Team should come and inspect via OTDR, and find the fault.

Anyone from Pune Baner/Pashan are using Tata play fiber can give contact number for new connection? I have tried from Website and app but nobody's calling me
