Will MTNL upgrade 512k UL users @ 999/- to 1Mbps?

When you get a "look into this matter" email, it means that things will change. This is from my past experience.

I sent 4 emails but only one to DE ADSL and was copied on the "look into this matter" email to [email protected] and speed was increased the same day! Got two calls from MTNL asking me to confirm the increase in speed.

Still getting 512kbps speed.

It'll never be. The A in ADSL is for asynchronous.

I went to the mtnl mumbai site and clicked on the link "Online booking of complaints & tracking" . Just informed them about not getting double speeds. Within 24 hours my speed has doubled. I've used tata / airtel / reliance / hathway in the past but nothing comes close to this . MTNL rocks. I am on saki vihar exchange in mumbai.
