They r not the rules... They r just the guidelines ... So I don't think they will get implemented anytime soon ...

all the rules comes into effect from dec 1. if DTH operators (TS and Dish) dont like the TRAI rules. They will go to TDSAT and we know what will happen when the matter goes to TDSAT

they are guidelines/rules which has to be implemented on or be4 dec 1st thats what Trai said.and it has also told nodal officers to be appointed to monitor these service related activities and trai will anytime audit them if needed.

Well STB will not be unlock to add channels. But they can't colsed FTA channels if you don't pay.So if someone hoping that we can add channels than forgot it because I&B closed this features.Only advantage is that we can see all FTA channel which provided by DTH opertors even we don't pay money.
