Would BSNL launch new plans to counter Reliance Jio Fiber Truly Unlimited Plans?

@lucifer I am currently living in Sibsagar. Jio Fiber is available in some areas here cause I have seen some users on Facebook posting about it. I don't know how long will it take to actually come to my area. Railwire is available but my friend said it would cost 9 to 10K for the installation. How is Jio Fiber in Guwahati?
Do you use any VPN? is the connection stable after connecting to VPN?
Airtel Xstream Fiber as the plans get higher , so does the GST . The plan of BSNL 699 (300GB) comes near of around 950 Rs for me (including ONT rental) which is really high considering the plans Airtel/Jio is offering which have better routing and lower pings .
Cant we dream of a Govt owned ISP doing this ?
BSNL pings have got really horrible for me in the last few weeks
The fate of BSNL Fiber will be same as BSNL 4G/2G in the coming years if they do not increase their FUP or reduce their plan pricing.

Plans and Pricing (which is in the hands of company) also influence this to a very great level in cities like Bangalore , Hyderabad , Mumbai , Delhi , Chennai , just to name a few where competitive pricing matters . If you have multiple options , you , I will and obviously anyone will look for better price and routing . BSNL will start losing customers in these areas
I don't use any commercial VPN but I do have my own wireguard VPN which works fine with JioFiber
