Anything from India to UK to India routing is messed up.
Not if I restart my modem or router 5648153186436168498 times and get a good route.

I don't know what it is. But almost from 1 year also Hathway's routing is messed up and that happens (comes to live randomly and goes randomly).
It's not constant but happens consistently.
Ping rises as high as 160ms for Singapore and speed reduces to hell.
I contacted Hathway for 1 year and they didn't do anything to fix it. I would be able to send you the tracert only when I face that issue again, Right now the pings are normal.
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.379]Here are some IP Address to ping and traceroute:
202.166.127.78 - speedtest.singnet.com.sg (Singapore)
83.142.224.104 (United Kingdom)
Let me know what the results are.
I see you are getting a latency of 160 but you should be getting something around 50 to 70 (as you live closer to Singapore), and I should be getting 70 to 80 as I live a bit away in Pune.
But you get 160 and I get 200 and sometimes even 280.
US latencies are mostly unaffected by this issue.
