Zee Dish TV DTH: Channel Key doesnt work if i select " Favourites"

Hi..DISH is becomming more annoying than being enjoyment.Always had few few issues now and then.now it seems that teh channel ( up - down ) keys on my remote doesnt work if i select any of the the Favourite list.please help me.

@Naveen,How old is your remote ? And dont even call the CC up..! They will eat your heads and make you mad. Better to visit a nearby dealer and get it checked.

Same thing my remote also not working when I am when I am pressing the dish active key(red botton)

I think there service problem.
