A small correction its not "exclusive to Tatasky", but exclusive to Tatasky in DTH platform.

Hallmark has downlink permissions in India, most of cable operrators show the channel. If its not shown on TS or Dish Tv does not mean they dont have permission.

Hallmark is India's first English movie channel and running almost all opertors.

Please check again, Hallmark channel is now not having clearence from I&B Ministry....and that's why it is not their on any dth...and also most of the cable operators have stopped showing this channel..

Yes their might be a chance some of the cable operators are also showing it but i think they are showing it illegally. and might stop soon.

Well,
I think the same because every company will add channels after seeing their TRP'S in the market (Unless they don't have an agreement before the launch of channels) and if you see Bindass and NDTV Good times are still struggling for viewers to watch these channels, and their TRP'S are quite low. that might be the reson they are just waiting for these channels to boost up in TRP. Its just my guess....nothing else.
