took this ss last night ,btw 5070 was selling for as low as 58k back in september 2025

i paid for 12gb vram i would use all of it

i had planned to upgrade to a 32gb or 64gb system in mid 2025 and then the ram prices matched the prices of a 5070 itself

i also thought that maybe in 2026 we would get 5070s with 18gb vram as per initial rumors and leaks ,and after the apocalypse that's just not happening anymore

sad to see 8gb vram being an avg (for new cards) thanks to ai companies and nvidia itself

Davinci resolve works better with Nvidia cards

I did think of buying AMD back in late 2023 but the same thing came up ,that Nvidia cards work better in Davinci resolve

ik Amazon is the worst place to buy HDDs from ,as lot of users have got damaged hdds in the past
But i have noticed that whenever amazon changes prices here then other places like mdcomputers or prime abgb change their prices as well

this HDD was selling on md computers for 11,500 mid 2025 then hiked to 12,500 by November and by Dec 2025 it hiked to 13,500 (this is where i bought mine) and currently it sells for 14.5k on md computers

while for some reason amazon is selling the same for almost 18k now

jeez 18k for a 4TB HDD is crazy lol
