updated the review to include news on hub and also after the forum shifted to new CMS all images were gone and formatting was messed up , so had to edit everything to include new screenshots and images .
Will keep this review updated as i complete my 1 year subscription with 1and1 broadband/HNS next month , so far so good .

Use any DC client , i use DC++ , put this in hub address : apna.dchub.in
You must share minimum 20GB and keep 5 slots to enter the hub . I dont remember the requirements exactly though :/ .
There is a user in HUB called Sharelord , he has all the cached content like new movies , songs , new torrents etc so you can download from him at LAN speed .
You dont get speed from other users except ShareLord .

Oh well at least the internet is affordable and reliable
Things not working : Linux Cache mirror , Torrent cache and Hub .

My isp is an lco so will the hub work on it? When i asked him about hub he said he doesnt provide it.

hub doesn't work now , so no . Try fivenet if you want hub but make sure you ask lco if he really provides it .

Update ( 11/12/2014)

Torrent are not cached but still somehow get very high speed when downloading . Guess its due to peering/colocation of international servers in datacenter . So +1 there .
Added Steam speed . ( I have 54mbps router so max speed i get is 2 MBps but if you connect to LAN then you can get 10MBps easily )

I'm too thinking about switching to 1&1... Currently I'm using MTNL... The service and speed of MTNL is consistent but the rental and speed is wayy too slow (800 for 100kb/s per month) ....

I was think about going for 4Mbps Limited plan (60 GB per month) Or 2Mbps Unlimited ....

My monthly downloads are about 40-50 GB max ... So what do you suggest ????

What's the speed that you get while downloading large files from GDrive or other similar hosts ? (cause torrent speed depends upon the seeder and leacher ratio) ..

Best way to save money is to buy annual plans , that way its almost 50% off on all plans , so see if you can go for annual ones . If you have a specific file link with you then PM it to me , i will PM you the speed back .
