that 10/100 MBPS speed is between your comp and modem/router, as max speed of MTNL is 2 MBPS, any speed above is acceptable...Usually connects at 100 MBPS, waise windows ka kuchh nahi keh sakte... jus restart ur system... don't think much, otherwise you'll get a diffuse axonal injury in young age...

Select some better server like BangkokIf u connect thru USB mode then u will connect as 10 mbps No need to worry for this as MTNL connection is only 2 mbps So u wont be maxing out ur PC's limit so soon Cheers

when i first read ur post i thought u diverted BW alloted for IPTV and fused with triband to get 10 mbps line ..:Pabout the speed Select some better server like mumbai

10/100 mbps is the LAN card speed...it is the speed u get connected with the router...it has nothing to do with MTNL/BSNL/Airtel or any other ISP's speeds...

Like Sanke1 said you must be connecting through USB..............The newer HP systems have on board Lan Card that connects at 1Gbps, but whats the use? MTNL gives only 2Mbps that too not unlimited... :(
