A fed up Airtel Broadband user...now with Reliance wireline broadband

I don't know why many users here experience downtime on Reliance.I had it about 2 years ago. Not even a single downtime. Speed was accurate. (Actually more speed compared to my package)It maybe because I had Fiber connectivity till my Building (FTTB) and then Only 10 meters of CAT5 wire to my computer.
 
So far so good....



My billing cycle - From 19th of every month to 18th of next month

Looks good! I'm doing 70-80 gigs per month. Negligible downtime! :D

I'm thinking of changing from airtel to reliance primarily because the idiots working at airtel have not been able to fix my frequent disconnection problem for over 12 days now and the other reason being the much better deals being offered by reliance. My question is, how prompt is the customer service at reliance and how often do you face downtime. Also with your 600kbps plan are you able to play youtube videos without any buffering?

Below is my airtel 4mbps speed test. I would appreciate it if someone with a reliance 4mbps connection could post their results.

I did that already , someone called after two weeks . i gave them my address , after that no response .

I'm really enjoying it buddy(ofcourse with downtime (Min 5 hrs - Max 12 hrs) once in 2 months due to cable issue(coz of rain) from the main hub). I luckily got a friendly speaking REL guy who has asked to call him personally if i face any issue with the line..Now the problem is due to my busy schedule my usage has gone down for the past couple of months....haha
