All Plans include Unlimited calling.

You need to pay a minimum monthly subscription to use the OTT apps via Airtel XStream DTH Box.

I have sent airtel an email to upgrade me from 399/- 8Mbps ADSL 2+ to the
40 Mbps Vfiber (FTTH still not deployed). My area has a feasibility of only
24 Mbps as of now and it should be an interesting upgrade as I need a new
VDSL modem.

Wasn't able to get access to any human on 121 call and hence sent them an
email. Lets see how long they take to respond.

How are you folks able to access someone on 121 on voice? I did that a few
years ago when there was an option to speak to a CS exec. Now-a-days they
just spam an airtel thanks link to your registered mobile.

Incidentally the 499 plan is not visible in the airtel thanks app. Only 799 and
above are.
 
How 1Gbps at this rate..

They aren't going to give a single channel for free.550 is the bouquet of channels to choose from. You would have to pay for each channel except Free to Air channels.

Airtel doesn't offer static IP even in major cities as of yet.. and some private ISPs in my city charge around 6k for 1 static IP per year, so fingers crossed 😂

In Lucknow Airtel does give out public ip. Clubbing that with dyndns is fulfilling my needs for now. On the other hand ACT does let you buy a static ip in Lucknow.

Even I was waiting for that but Social Media Airtel Team had connected with me for landline issue as my landline connection is still not active, so I also asked them about these plan changes and they simply denied by saying that only postpaid customers would be converted to unlimited and the unlimited thing that was showing to me on website would be removed soon and as mine is prepaid that plan can't be changed till plan expires and I can only move to unlimited after 6 months

Then I connected with 121 and they raised a complaint and changed my pack to unlimited
