I havent gone thru other discussions, but i wud suggest u a simple strategy.......drop an email to their CC to begin with. If they dont give satisfactory answer, threaten them with TRAI's name. Tell them u will take the matter to TRAI. if still they dont budge, u press the trigger, and go to TRAI.Normally u shud be done in the first stage itself, coz the Call centre people are totally useless. 12th Grads sitting at phones, who dont have any sense of responsibility. They are just not bothered that they represent a company. We face similar problems in D2h, but we always use email & our issues do get eventually sorted out.Try out once.
