Hehe, "Value sports"! (I have already mentioned in above post)Its available as free topup even for "Eco. sports"Mega or higher, CN is in base pack.Also I posted summary of conversation, my phone call lasted abt 5-7 mins.He even kept me on hold twice to ask senior guy!

Ok. I am on Economy Sports Pack, but I am not getting Cartoon Network (& Pogo). Getting all other kids channels. CN + Pogo is for Rs 25(+tax) as top-up

No no.. you got it wrong.See the link I posted in previous post.Value sports and eco. sports give you 1 free topup from the list of topups mentioned on that link.

Ok. The page airtel monthly packs was not opening earlier for me.
But now I can see, it has CN free. I will also try to call CC and check if I can add CN for my Economy Sports pack.

But I hope CN is not OR with language pack, as I have already took Marathi 4 channels pack.

Yes, its OR pack. ie. u can either have CN or marathi pack.But I wud still want you to try and ask if its possible, even if u dont want to change the packs.

I havent gone thru other discussions, but i wud suggest u a simple strategy.......drop an email to their CC to begin with. If they dont give satisfactory answer, threaten them with TRAI's name. Tell them u will take the matter to TRAI. if still they dont budge, u press the trigger, and go to TRAI.Normally u shud be done in the first stage itself, coz the Call centre people are totally useless. 12th Grads sitting at phones, who dont have any sense of responsibility. They are just not bothered that they represent a company. We face similar problems in D2h, but we always use email & our issues do get eventually sorted out.Try out once.

Well I went after them when I bought it. But now just for one channel I dont feel like creating havoc! Will do when I am free.

Heh, u just have to drop the mail, rest is their job! And if u dont want to go thru 2-3 steps, then just send copy to TRAI in the first mail itself. But that is, IF u seriously want the channel.

Yesterday I sent them an email to add Cartoon network in my account as FREE topup.Surprisingly just now they did it without much fuss!
