But not surprising if they really increased it as cost of IP addresses seems to be increasing, cloud providers like Hetzner along with few others recently raised price of floating static IPs

Hetzner went from €1/mo to €3/mo

Just called CC and they confirmed price is 99+GST. could be possible for anyone taking a new IP the charges are higher.

Static IP Charges Will Change To Rs 199 Plus taxes From 3 April 2022 Previously The Charges For Static IP Was Rs 99 Plus Taxes. Did Anyone Else Get This Message Please Share Your Inputs In This Thread.

They have started charging me Rs 99 + GST for the past few months. If it is revised again to Rs 199 I am cancelling it and going back to DHCP.

199 + GST, is still a lot cheaper compared to other ISPs, I remeber paying 3500 upfront or a year of static ip, and a friend on mine had to pay 4500.

Can you guys tell what exact use cases you have for needing static IP? Considering ddns works just fine.
