Maybe peering issue with airtel? When I was on 1 Gbps, A friend asked me to upload few files on gofile and i was getting full 1 gbps on gofile. But I tried again after couple of days when I moved back to 300 mbps.
It was hardly 70 mbps. When I asked my friend he told me it's gofile issue.

I did upload to gdrive, after disconnecting VPN and sometimes speed hardly 30 mbps. I do hard reboot and speed is again 300 mbps.
Mega never gives full speed.
I got full speed on hetzner.
I did leaseweb too, no issue.

Tried torrents and private usenet uploading, no issue at all.
FTP to many UK/Euro servers too. No issue.

PS: I am static IP from Airtel.

@Vickey007 I checked just now, and it's the same. I'm getting good speed on Google Drive without Warp, but with Warp, it's very low.

However, when I FTP my files to Hetzner, the speed has increased slightly with Warp, but it has also decreased significantly without Warp.

Should I get a static IP, Will that help?

+ I also checked on Gofile and Filebin; the speed has increased quite a bit with Warp, but without Warp, it's terrible.

I never used this WARP, so I don't know. About static IP fixing issue, i doubt it. Is connection LCO based?
Maybe tell them, FIX PEERING ISSUE?
Tell them other than PEERING hosts, you are not getting speed anywhere.
Meanwhile try to reset network adapter in Linux?

@Vickey007 The support staff/support executive informed me that this is a company-wide issue; they are unable to assist me.

+ They suggested that I obtain a static IP address, as in some cases it can help improve internet speed. However, I am not very knowledgeable about this.

I am not sure either about Static IP fixing peering issue.
Nation/company wide issue that's a big lie.
