Android Tablet in 7-8K range

So need recommendation for someone for an Android Tablet in 7-8k range
a) Size - no restrictions
b ) USB support - Needed for data transfer
c) 3G - Dongle or SIM both options can be considered.
Purchase would be in Mid-feb or early March. Or earlier, if a good deal is found. Need help in narrowing down from the plethora of ones available in the market.

I wouldn't suggest ZTE, here's why:

Recently at my workplace, Tata replaced all Huawei based Tata Photon+ dongle with ZTE ones saying it supports higher speed. And in few days the users started flooding the IT Department with complaints stating the signal strength is low and it keeps disconnecting and they want the old data card back. This has now being escalated to Tata.

Booked iball slide i9318 tablet via Flipkart link above & also Huawei datacard via ebay. Total came around 7650. Guess that should be it..

Well, tablet not yet arrived. But surprisingly the datacard Huawei did. Slotted in my vodafone sim & after some 100 MB worth of installations on my Win8 laptop, I was able to connect & browse (2-3 mins)
Have informed the "owner" to check in his area for connectivity and to get a SIM as per his requirement & sevice in his area. Hopefully once the tablet arrives, I will be able to check its performance and maybe even configure his SIM & test it once. Hope Android tablet & Win XP software installation is as easy as it was on my laptop.

Tablet has also arrived. Too tired to check today, mostly will be checking tomorrow or over the weekend.
Meanwhile would need some Apps suggestion. Mainly some utility apps & some kids games (10 year old)...

Kids love playing running games like Temple Run and Subway Surfers. My 6 years old nephew is a master in Temple Run.
