Best low budget tablet?

Although the mailing issue is sorted, I think I should create a new Google account for this tablet and let my personal Google account be private.

Hi AbishekS!

Even though you have got the mailing issue sorted, couple u please tell me what led you to create a new account for the tablet you bought.

I am asking this because i am also in a similar situation. I have purchased another android phone for one of my family member (who also has his own google account), and wanted to put the primary google account to be in it is that of mine, because of the simple reason of having the access to the around a couple of dozens of cool android market paid apps which i purchased for MY android phone during the last approx. 2 years of its possession. However, i am being a little apprehensive in putting up my personal google/gmail account to be associated with the new phone without seemingly any set reasons.

In this dialema, the phone is yet to be explored to its full potential aka various google services like android market (google play), gmail, google reader etc.

Well I did not create a new Google account, I just signed in with my original account and turned off e-mail sync, contacts sync, etc.Now I have turned the sync on again as the tablet has more or less become my private tablet than a family tablet. :)BTW even if you turn off synchronization, it can always be turned on without even needing to enter the password again. So if the family member has even little knowledge about Android settings then he can turn on the sync at any time. If you are too concerned about the privacy of your e-mails, I suggest you to not share your Google Account.

hmmmm...So either i have to withdraw the urge to re-use the several paid market apps i already purchased through my primary account for my own phone, or constantly unconsciously keep worrying about the my gmail, and other google services might be easily seen/used by those using that phone. There is nothing in between, right?

I just bought one from ebay. Got delivery two days back. The specification says that it has 4GB internal memory. Got for 5695/- after discount code of HDFCEBAY25 for hdfc account holders. original price is 5990/- I checked the system info in quadrant and it s confirmed that it has Mali 400 GPU. Tried playing games like Shadowgun,Turbofly 3d,Asphalt 6 ( all pro versions ). All worked except asphault. The problem was with some downloads and i believe that this will also work. Played 1080p videos very smooth. Speakers are not that much good. All other tabs in the price range offer only 512 MB ram and it has 1 GB RAM.

I just faced a strange issue on my N9 SE. The tablet is under heavy usage for the past 6 hours or so and connect to wifi most of the time. My battery was really getting low so I decided to exhaust the battery completely and then charge it fully to recalibrate it. In an attempt to do so I did not charge my battery, it came down to 4%. I left it idle for 15 minutes, came back and saw the battery go up to 77%. I am using it on wifi again now for the past one hour or so and now the battery meter shows 70%. Battery was last charged around 7h 7m 57s ago. What's wrong with the tablet?

Lol it went off merely 15 minutes later I posted about it. Kept it on charging, and I'm now charging it completely. Hopefully all the issues will be sorted out. What shall I do if I get low battery life? Are apps like JuiceDefender recommended?
