Broadband plan-documents to be submitted

what are the documents need to be submitted..when we apply for broadband plan change...is only a written appliction enough..please specify detaily....

If you already have a connection and are just migrating to another plan, usually only an application with relevant details + photocopy of last paid bill is required. If additional payments are to be made you will need to get the demand note etc.

Go to the customer center with application and bill. See what happens.

for plan change, just a written application @ Customer care center is enough. No need of any proofs.. just give your landline number and your address..Or you can callup 1500 (i changed from bangalore) and ask for a plan change. But, make sure you takedown the persons name and confirmation number ! (docket no?)
