BSNL 3G: Suggest Me... Huawei K4505 (or) Huawei UMG1831?

Sorry I am not having this modem at present, can't come to chatbut as it seems its best available modem and is being purchased a lot by most users, i might grab it after a week or two.

Congrats Shanto12: how much did this cost you ?please read the other threads, in BSNL 3G section itself, it has all the information you'll need.Also DO NOT update firmware of modem, first check all the available information, use it, if you are satisfied with performance then don't try anything else.

Hii Shanto... r u getting 3G speeds using 2G internet plan... in Docomo ??
then that shud b really superb...!! Im in alpy... nd got docomo 3G coverage here.... but haven't tried it out yet using my modem.
In my Nok5800, the download speeds shown by UC Web Browser was around 15 KBps constant speed....!!
I suppose, it'll b the same speed itself... if i connect using the modem too...!!
Wats ur opinion ?

@ karthik : the paisapay gateway is 100% safe...!!! I mostly use Internet banking itself to buy from ebay... nd debit/credit card at times

suggest me the best 3g router with QOS support.

am impressed with the Asus RT-13U 3G router

but am not sure whether it will work with huawei UMG1831 usb, anyone using this router? please give me your suggestion / feedback

@ shanto12 ......dnt upgrade ur umg1831 wit wrong firmware {dnt upgrad wit k4505}k..k.. ,,,,,maxium fail ur modem...by luck 1ly it wil work wit tat.....
