BSNL 3G: Very Slow Speed..!!

I'm using my Bsnl 3G sim from August nd it kinda gave me a speed of around 1.7Mbps......but from January i'm not even getting even 100Kbps..!!BTW i'm using Nokia X6...it has a 3.6Mbps modem...and yes my phone is set to UMTS mode and i've confirmed again my sim is 3G.....What could be the problem?? And how much speed are you getting now in your area??

Just complain to customer care. It is due to problem in identifying 2G/3G profiles.

And I forgot to tell that my Sim is 2G and i migrated to 3G with Re1 recharge.....could that be problem?? Which sim do you have 2G or 3G??

Everybody is facing this problemWebpages aren't loading reliably. They require atleast 3-4 reloads to load.However, torrents are fast, upto 2 Mbps. Dunno whats wrong. Packets are dropped upto 80% past the VSNL server at Mumbai.

i am getting good speed in ahmedabad. problem was there in loading sites few days before. but i think it is fine since last week or so.
this is my speed test
