I have same issue, most of the servers show 30 percent speed while full 100 Mbps for upload.
Most probably,their downstream is congested.

From a few days I am facing quite ping high losses to BSNL Bangalore NOC . Are you also facing this ?

I use Google meet quite a few times in a week . In the couple of days , I am seeing a lot of connection drops to Google Meet front end server lens.l.google.com . My requests go to the Mumbai data center and BSNL in the middle is causing a 98% packet loss

Test done through mtr on wired ethernet
Here are the ping results

Same issue here, i have internet but i can't access the internet you know what i mean. soo much delay, speedtest shows 100Mbps, cant download anything above 20Mbps something is weird & ping is high like high high. @shashankb

Massive packet loss, high ping and low speed. Ever since they did the speed upgrade its one or other issue frequently

Same here for last few days. Speed only around 30 Mbps during day time. I get 200 Mbps only at night after 10 pm to morning 7 am. Also very high ping and unable to use google meet properly. LCO said it's problem with BSNL side. This has been a regular problem after introduction of their new 200 and 300 mbps plans

Man I just witnessed how bad it get's when TATA is involved. Not their fault obviously but, GDrive uploads maxes out my 60mbps, even going as high as 70-75. Uploading to Mediafire SUCKS at 7-8 mbps going through TATA Chennai -> TATA Mumbai the 6453 one.

Why can't BSNL just peer with more networks, at least fix their existing routes. I have to abandon Mediafire for this. :/

Agreed . WARP does help sometimes . . Their peering is one of the worst considering the existing amount of ADSL and Fiber users. They pair to only to DECIX- MUMBAI which is only a single 100 G link for all the traffic . Rest peer routes are pretty useless

@shashankb GDrive is fine for me, I'm going over my 60mbps😅, Google peering is fine here.

I am having issues with Mediafire, which is going through Tata.

Actually anything not peered or isn't a local cache is going through Tata with horrible packet loss 😕.
