BSNL Broadband Billing Problems

yes i m using h-500 planthn too i have got 40000Rs bill

are you sure you got home 500 cause it happens to me that i applied for home 500 but at the bsnl billing center in bangalore they made bill according to home 250.though all records at my local exchange show my plan as home 500.i contacted the accounts officer & told him about this & he said not to worry & that he will correct the bill once it is made.

NOT TO worry friends,I got the bill too... but it was solved.. Actually i applied for a change of plan from 250 startup to 900 UL in December 2007.They told me tat it( 900 UL) wil be activated from Jan 1 , 2008. so i started using like ulimited user. later when i checked the usage, it showed me Rs 70000, i was shocked and rushed to the concerned bsnl Asst.Engineer whose the incharge of Braodband in my area.I told him and showed every proof.... like..Receipt for the advance paid for 900 UL i.e., 900 RsUsage details from the Jan 1st ( screen shots)Finnaly he adjusted my bill and assured my Revised Bill this month... so i suggest you to... 1. lodge a compliant to customer care2. Get the complaint number3. send a mail to customer care with the sceenshots of ur usage 4. Meet your Local BSNL Area Manager ( with all ur receipts and usage screen shots)am sure they will help u out..so.. don't worrie ... cool... IT's all BSNL problem

no wat can we do can we still use during the night hours or stop using it !!!every time i complain to the authorities they are sayin the file is being put up !!!!!wat can we do i was billed 40000 as per 250 plan though my plan was home 500

in my case i have contacts at bsnl office & that helped me very much.almost every official listened to my complaints(well not actually me but my cousin who is an expert in such things) & he managed to get complete assurance from all the senior officers after they checked their records & saw that my plan is home 500 & gave me assurance that no problem & once you get the bill contact us & we will correct it.today i got the printed bill from the local exchange & in a day or two i am going to submit an application along with this bill & it will be corrected.

my bill of RS40000(jan'08) has still nt yet corrected......whenever i go to themthey say..."dont worry it will b done..........."(dont knw when........)& my dad scolds me every second day......this BSNL really SUCKS

thats why its always good to know some senior govt. officer & even better if your father is one like in my case.

i got a bill f Rs.13500 for feb month, when i go n ask him he says to bring the usage details ,but here the page is showing some internal error to open any suggestions..to know usage details

Today I got my bsnl usage bill for the month of Feb 2008.The due amount is Rs. 1,61,046.00Lol... I am going to laminate it and show it to my grandchildren
