The correct portal page with menu

Nope! Still no joy. Same as yesterday. Maybe it's got something to do with subscribers from the Kalyan Telecom area/circle???

And the "official" new site, SAP NetWeaver Portal, is showing broadband usage up to 12th April! One can download the day-by-day data in what is claimed to be "Excel" format, but this seems to be a .xml file that I cannot open in OpenOffice.org Calc, which I use instead of Excel quite successfully for most other things.

Something is wrong here, I'm now getting redirected to that motive site.It happens when I open my browser after connecting the broadband..*The TR-069 Client is also turned off at the router

I am also facing same prb as nsm1234.. have tried clearing the cache, tried using diff browser, diff. comp at my workplace.. all in vain... did call the local helpline.. no one picks the call or the phone is engage!!!!!I stay at Dombivli, Dist.: Thane. Kalyan being the Tel exchange...

I think this has to do something with the CDR implementation of BSNL Kalyan.I and aesouza both have registered for the userid for new portal, and both of us are getting the same page. What about u netcrazzy?

Same problem Here .I reside in ulhasnagar.

Hi Essbebe, thanks for the effort and sorry about the time spent. But unless one actually logs on, words aren't sufficient to describe the disaster!

Whether this is limited to the Western zone (because of the "wdc" part in the web address) isn't clear. It appears that the South and East also have new "selfcare" sites. Perhaps, with much of India's IT might located in H'bad and B'lore there may be less problems there!!!
