Anyone getting similar page while logging on to data.bsnl.in portal?

I'm getting the regular site. I'm staying in Vasai, Thane Dist. Perhaps you can clear your browser cache and try again?

^^ It is used by BSNL to determine the IP address of the user. Only 117.xx.xx.xx users are allowed access to this portal. BSNL finds the IP address of the visitor using this javascript.

Tried all that. Even tried different browsers. Also tried logging in from a different PC using a different ISP (Sify). Still i'm getting the same page. Attached screenshot taken just now.

@ckr97Yeah, wat i meant to say was, there was no problem on the computer. The problem is based on BSNL modem, which gets the settings from BSNL server ;) In other words, even if you change your PC, the same problem will occur unless the problem is *fixed* :D in the modem..... :)

1. Use Ccleaner from http:// filehippo.com
2. Start run type cmd Ok
new window
Type ipconfig /flushdns
type ipconfig/renew
idea is to clear all old cached pages from system.
If you can you can delete completely "Prefetch files " also.
Feedback.

But he's used a different PC. Shouldn't that have solved the problem?

OOOPS! I'm sorry. I didn't login. After logging in, I am seeing what he saw. Sorry about that! So there is a problem from at least two of us in Thane District, Maharashtra.

You connect to BSNL BB with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx abcd @ bsnl.in
(a) On Dialer mode ; after connecting when you start the browser
this redirection "POPup" starts ?
(b) On Always On" PPPoE mode ..... same as above ?
(c) (a) and (b) does not happen but when you enter
any other web site address , you are redirected to Motive website ?

(d)In browser or Modem or firewall block this IP address.

(e)In modem disable tr_069 client and SNMP boxes ( if seen )

(f) Wait for BSNL to take some action.
I have sent another email/reply to them.

Unjderstand same problem in a different PC/ sifyISP also

Did he use a different BSNL user's Portal ID PW ( say his friend's) in the other PC for testing ?

He/You can PM his/your `14digit portal ID and PW for test by me in my laptop on
Airetel BB and dataone BB connection. available upto 1310 now.

Or send your Consumer number( If 8 digits only) which appear in your telephone bill.
UPDATE 1249: Tested with friend's
( from Kolkatta) 14digit portalID PW
( given about two years back )
BSNL Portal web site accessed normally after logging in.

@essbebe - Good to know that you are on 59.x.x.x network. What is the Plan you are using now?
I tried disabling SNMP and TR options in modem settings, but it didn't help.

I am not sure if you saw my earlier threads. I am OK with going to Motive website whenever my connection is reset. But my problem is that my connection is getting automatically reset (happening at random intervals - 1-2 hours gap)

@cool_techie_tvm - Do you mean they have purposefully put the life term insurance cheap health at getalife.com site URL in Javascript, which seems to be a SPAM site?
