Bsnl Broadband giving 4mbps speed post fup this month as promotional offer

sigh...this was the best upload speed i got after like 10 tests...damn bsnl...

wierd thing, month hasnt even started and i have already exhausted my 10 gb ??? and its showing me the fup page to upgrade....fk bsnl

yes, same here, shows that my 10 GB is used, and gave me option to upgrade. Also just checked my download speed, shows 2.8 Mbps... sad but true...
