Did the speed change now ?1350 speed upto or equal to 512Kbps .max 64KB/secFour times slower than Home500 speed If you get higher speed be careful and download during Nu time only, assuming plan NOT changed. Para TWO: I think "provisioned" means actioned. The other term is " Open " not changed but will be done soon. One more "Future Dated' " delay due to tech problem/s Check Usage also. See final summary on top.Usually BSNL changes tariff plans on 1st of the MONTH.

BSNL changes plan only on 1st of the month.

No this is not true.

I applied for change of plan on 20th of Sept 2008 and
on 26th Sept evening the user info changed to new plan.

@netlogixsPost 4. . Well said. Nothing more to add. ( except for old users with IP,59.xx.xx.xx have to see the change in usage portal ) Always check in Usage portal under "MY Orders", before attempting heavy downloads.@amc8881 exceptions are always possible.Even change in a day has been reported.Your screen shot would have been more convincing/conclusive , if you had also posted usage extract for 25 to 27th Sept.. seems you are dataone user with IP 59.XX.XX..XX.

@amc8881Thanks. Hope they charge you rental for Home 500 proportionately.Enjoy.Have a nice day.

BTW, if you are new user, and on higher plan, then u may need to wait for 3 months. Coz minimum hiring period for such plans in 3 months.

BSNL efficiency differs from area to area..some areas they will change ur plan within the month ..in other areas from next month..and in still others they might lose ur application and tell u to submit a new one (happened in my case)..so always take a signed receipt when u submit application as proof.
