Uhmm u can get a similar modem Netlink for 1.8-2k

Is it worth it? Nope. Are there good brands that provide such modems? (LIKE TP-Link/D-Link) Nope. (some are there but not available)
Go out to your local market and enquire for this GPON/EPON ont router you might come up with a bit cheaper rates around 2k brands available are Syrotech, optilink, Netlink, etc.

If you are not taking Landline connection then a normal GPON/EPON ont is more than enough ND use a low cost router like TP-Link c6
