So, after
booking complaint online yesterday, today I got a call saying that what happened and I said about the problem then he said that okay he will look it. At 4:25PM I got a call from BSNL SDO(Idiot) he asked is your net working properly I said yes he asked then why you booked the complaint I said that the latency is the big problem he said change your modem I said that modem is working properly and its said by exchange.He said exchange doesn't even replace the modem so buy a new one and call disconnected. Dash*t service. Now who to contact? DE, SDO, Local SDO, Exchange < all done. Should I ask through RTI that why my ping is worst than my other friends?
