Yes it returned. Got a suggesting from my IT admin in office, it worked. He said to do website or url filter in the wireless router settings. I added cobalten.com into it and no Pop-ups.. Try it out..
The injection happens only rarely, for a particular set of IPs or routes within BSNL. If everyone is affected, it'd become a huge issue. That's how the culprits behind the injection don't get much attention.
I have tried contacting NIB office but they don't know anything on this and since last week the redirects are getting more frequent and takes to random software download sites.
Any suggestion how we can get this fixed?
Well, if you have a router that can block websites, then that is the best option. Or please read the OP where I posted a temporary workaround (not a real solution).
