I guess, but I am thinking its more circle based. I have called up, only to be told I need to visit the branch. But the same day I was able to change online....
How did you change online? selfcare?

Oh ok.It doesn't work for me anyways.I've still one request open for almost 3 years now.I had to do it via udaan at that time when I got no response from them in 1 week time.

Got through CSE on 1504. They say you cannot change your plan via Phone or even via BSNL Udaan, and for the same you need to give a written application to your local exchange :D

Also guys one Question-
I'm currently on 1425 combo plan (4mbps till 20, 512 afterwards)
So if i want to change to 1445 new plan. Do i still have to call em and ask to change? Or my current plan will be scratched automatically and 1445 will come in place?

LOL
so guess i will have to change... (presuming the new plan is infact feasible in my area :|)
any idea how much time it takes to change it ??

1425 combo old plan is pointless now. Didnt they hike 200 or so bucks year back? They should just hike 20 bucks now lol and upgrade after FUP. That's it, should scrap it. Saves time for consumers. But then again its BSNL.
